APICOTOMY
Apicotomy is the removal or resection of the tip of the tooth root. It is applied in case of failed treatment of the channel of the tooth root (endodontics) in the repair of the chronic periapical process. By this intervention inflammatory process is ceased, and thetip of root of the tooth is removed . The intervention is carried out in local anesthesia, it is painless and lasts for 30-45 minutes.

CYSTECTOMY
Cystectomy is the removal of cystic changes from the bone. The causes of the cysts themselves are different, but it is important to remove them because they tend to grow further. In the intervention, along with the cyst removal, the tip of root of the tooth is removed ... The intervention is carried out in local anesthesia, it is painless and lasts for an hour.

FRENULECTOMY
Frenulectomy is a surgical intervention that removes abnormally developed frenulums (mucous membranes). Thus developed and with low posture often cause the formation of a diastema, (a gap between the upper central incisors), and interventions are often done according to the recommendation of the orthodontist.

HEMISECTION
Hemisection is the removal of one root (most often affected by an inflammatory process that can not be remedied) in multi-root teeth to save the rest of the teeth.

SURGICAL EXTRACTION OF THE TOOTH (ALVEOTOMY)
Alveotomy is a surgical procedure by which the tooth is removed from the bone, which is often the case with the stacked mandibular third molars(wisdom teeth). Mandibular third molars are the teeth that last sprout up. That development is a often painful and is accompanied by inflammation, which can cause pressure on the other teeth and cause them to move when there is not enough room to fit normally, or their position in the jaw is so that normal sprout is not possible (impacted wisdom teeth).

IMPLANTS
Dental Implants are biocompatible tooth compensation that are installed in the upper or lower jaw by simple surgical procedure, in local anesthesia. Such way built-in implant replaces the missing tooth.
